The AMBER bottom-mounted HEPA FFU is specially developed to meet the requirements of high-quality cleanrooms. It is an air purification technology that mixes with easy-to-maintain components to give it a stable, clean, and low-noise air flow solution.
The Amber HEPA FFU has a baffle-free 1170x570x69 mm (aluminum-framed) HEPA filter, fully satisfying the Class 100 Clean Room requirements, with a filtration efficiency of 99.99% @0.3μm. The bottom-removable, carefully designed design of the FFU HEPA filters makes replacement and maintenance of the filter fast and simple, which saves effort in operation and the cost of maintenance.
The air speed is adjustable in three settings from 0.45 to 0.75 m/s (±3%), and static noise levels are only 46-55 dB (tested 1.5 meters below the HEPA filter), providing a quiet, efficient air environment for industries such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, and laboratories.
The AMBER bottom-mounted FFU uses a Japanese AC plastic-encapsulated safety motor and an imported metal impeller, which keeps the air flowing continuously without interruption. The unit is made of eco-friendly galvanized steel, and the diffuser is coated with cold paint finishing. Thus, it is durable and simple to clean, and hence the quality performance of the unit is high.
The high-efficiency, bottom-mounted design allows maintenance personnel to easily replace filters, reducing downtime. An optional group control module enables centralized control of multiple FFUs, providing more intelligent operation and improving cleanroom management efficiency.
The color-coated steel plate has a cutout size of 1225×625mm and a rated power of 150-190W ±5W, easily adapting to various standard cleanroom installation requirements.
